Operation, management, and further development of database services
As an IT technician within database services, you will perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and matching of various database managers. Automation and efficiency improvements are always in focus. You will work with incident and problem management, perform monitoring, performance tracking, and optimizations. You will collaborate in one or more database teams and contribute to the development of our database services. You will also participate in project assignments together with other colleagues from different operational areas.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has documented experience in operating database managers in a Linux environment
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you
- have experience in operating database managers PostgreSQL or Db2
- have skills in automation and scripting
- have knowledge regarding security, logging, and traceability
- have experience with the ITIL framework.
